Refund policy
We know plans change. Here’s how refunds work, and the easiest way to still make it out to the farm.
Your ticket works any open day
Online tickets aren’t tied to a specific date. They’re good on any open day of the season, through Sunday, November 1. If you can’t make it one day, you’re welcome to come another.
Within 24 hours of purchase
If you haven’t used your tickets, we’ll refund them in full. No questions asked.
Within 48 hours of purchase
We’ll refund unused tickets if you can show us why you can’t make any of the remaining open days.
After 48 hours
Tickets are not refundable unless you added Purchase Protection at checkout.
With Purchase Protection: if something covered keeps you from coming, file a claim with Purchase Protection for a 100% refund of your purchase. Covered reasons include:
- Sudden illness or injury
- A death in the family
- Transportation failure
- Work obligations
- Acts of nature
- Crime or home emergency
Purchase Protection can only be added when you buy your tickets, not afterward.
Without Purchase Protection: we may make an exception for a serious, unexpected circumstance like the ones above, with documentation. These are reviewed one at a time and aren’t guaranteed.
Weather
We’re open rain or shine. If we ever close for weather, your ticket simply works on any other open day.
What can’t be refunded
- Tickets that have already been scanned and used
- Season Passes after their first use
- Any tickets after the season ends
How to request a refund
Email nashvillefallfestival@gmail.com or tap Contact the team in the chat on this site. Include your name, your order number (or a screenshot of your tickets) and the reason. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We’ll always try to make it right.
