Grab your ticket
Buy any ticket or pass, the same as you normally would. This is your entry — and your spot in the program.
Enroll and get your link
On your confirmation page and email, tap “Join the Ambassador Program.” You’ll get your own shareable link in seconds.
Share it with friends
Text it, post it, drop it in the group chat. Anyone who buys through your link is counted automatically.
Get your ticket back
You earn 25% of every purchase back — refunded to your card. Four friends on the same ticket and yours is free.

Ambassador questions
How do I get my referral link?
After you buy a ticket or pass, you’ll see a “Join the Ambassador Program” button on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Tap it and your unique link is generated right away. You need a ticket first — that’s what puts you in the program.
How much do I earn, exactly?
You get 25% of every ticket a friend buys through your link, refunded to the card you paid with. It adds up until it reaches the full cost of your own ticket — so four friends on the same ticket as you means yours is free.
Do my friends have to buy the same ticket I did?
To get to a full free ticket in four, yes — four friends buying the same ticket you did covers it. If they buy something smaller it still counts, it just takes a few more. You always earn 25% of whatever they spend.
When do I get paid back?
Refunds go to your original card. We process ambassador payouts around the end of the season, and always within the window your card allows, so keep the card you bought with active.
Can I earn more than my ticket back?
The automatic refund tops out at the cost of your own ticket. If you’re bringing way more than four friends, reach out at nashvillefallfestival@gmail.com — we love our top ambassadors and we’ll take care of you.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can bring?
None at all. Bring the whole neighborhood. The more you share, the more of your ticket comes back — up to free.
